Hotel Aroma Chandigarh

The hotel location is good. But the staff are not friendly. They have a weird attitude and the breakfast was totally bad. We had to go to the food court next to it and have our breakfast as the food here looked and tasted bad. If they are so proud of their heritage and brand name, they must really make some efforts to maintain it and the least, provide good food.

The Hotel Management is a big big Fraud.We had booked Royale rooms as shown to us against advance payment. But were actualky offered other rooms in Pathetic condition on the day of Check in. They have only one Show off room .On the day of Check in when we refused to Check in into those Pathetic rooms, the owner started giving excuses & mis behaved with us , returned our advance & asked us to leave & find another hotel. Never ever go to this Old shabby hotel

We went for dinner. The service was delayed. Food served was cold. Manager was rude. I do not recommend this place if you are looking for a good ambience and eating food. They charge exorbitant but do not serve well.

The worst hotel, it was dirty. Rooms were smelling very bad. Bedsheets were dirty and the hotel staff was very unhelpful.|Booked 3 rooms for a night, and checked out from the hotel in 2 hrs.. had to find another hotel at night. The toilets were very dirty and were disgusting.

The hotel location is good. But the staff are not friendly. He refused me water and said that it's chargeable here.

Pathetic Wifi, when I raised my concern during checkout they said "you should have told you will be working from the room we would have not taken your booking". We pre checked about the wifi before booking.

(Aroma hotel) It is a very good price and are warmly welcomed,the view are very good there and staff is very good,the rooms very neat and clean you must visit with your family chandigarh best hotel I love aroma hotel

Very bad service, staff is just running away so that we don't have to serve, such a poor attitude.
