Usha Resort | Best Destination Wedding in patna

I recently stayed at Usha Resort in Patnacity and it was a great experience. The resort is spacious and well-maintained, with a great location and easy access to the city. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The food is delicious and the food service is excellent. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend usha Resort for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Patna. ( Patna city)

We booked Usha Resort, Patna, for our wedding on 30th April 2025, expecting a memorable experience. While the property looks good, the staff--especially the resort manager Sumit --completely ruined our special day with their highly unprofessional, careless, and disappointing services. Major Issues We Faced: 1. Poor Service & Constant Reminders: All services were pre-discussed with the manager, yet we had to repeatedly remind them, even for basic amenities like drinking water. We arrived at 9:30 AM, and no water was arranged for guests until we asked for it. 2. Mandap Power Outage: Shockingly, there was no power or AC at the Mandap, while other areas had power--raising concerns that it was done intentionally. Despite making dozens of calls, the manager never responded. Our wedding rituals happened in the dark. A huge thanks to the cameraman who used his camera lights to help us continue. 3. Payment Harassment During Wedding Rituals: The manager was aware that a small balance would be settled in a couple of hours, yet kept disturbing family members during ceremonies. After the balance payment was made , he completely disappeared, despite knowing night rituals were pending. 4 . Cold fire quality : low quality cold-fire were used. 5. Groom Entry Cold Fire Mismanagement: Cold fire arrangements for the groom's entry--a key moment--were missing. Imagine the groom having to call the resort manager himself during baraat to arrange something that was pre-booked. 6. Cooling Arrangement Issues: Jumbo cooler were booked for the big hall which was never turned on until we called from the Mandap. Isn't it basic responsibility to provide services paid for . 7. Mirror Entry Issue: We paid for a 32ft mirror entry, but they delivered only 24ft. Clear case of overpromising and underdelivering. 8. Terrible DJ Service: The DJ played sad songs at the Haldi function, showing complete lack of understanding of the event's vibe. The DJ clearly lacked experience. 9. Food Hygiene Problems: We even found insects in the food, raising serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. While Usha Resort might look attractive from outside, the staff behaviour, broken promises, poor service delivery, and lack of professionalism made our wedding experience stressful and disappointing. If you're planning a wedding and want peace of mind, I strongly advise you to avoid this venue. This was a once-in-a-lifetime event, and sadly, the resort management failed us at every step.

Ambience was good with nice location, outside the city away from pollution with spacious rooms. Very nice banquet decorations. But definitely need to improve on few points. 1) Luggage trolley should be more 2) A phone should be provided in room for room service to be informed 3) Numbers of room to be increased 4) Minimal of 2 towels to be provided inside the room 5) Sofa/Chairs/Centre table to be provided, only spacious rooms won't work 6) Atleast a Hot water kettle to be provided in each room 7) All-out/Goodnight to be provided, hell lots of mosquitoes 8) Wi-Fi must be available, very poor network in the area 9) Water vipers to be provided in bathrooms, coz all the bathrooms remain wet after taking shower 10) A mini-fridge to be there in each room

Honest review: Usha Resort is absolutely fantastic. I booked it for my wedding events (14th-15th Dec) and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Sumit and his team took care of all the arrangements perfectly, ensuring everything went smoothly. The caterers were incredible, and my guests are still raving about the food. It truly felt like the ideal destination for a wedding, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning their big day.

The location was very far from the main city, but the Ambiance was good.

Owner of Usha resort is much greedy. Usha resort's management and catering services are pathetic. He demanded whole amount to be paid before start of function. My sister marriage had been taken place in 1st fortnight of December 2024. Resort's catering team provided poor foods before guests. Owner and his representative took all payment before start of function. There is no scope of reconciliation. Please be vigilant before booking this Usha resort.

Connectivity is not good. Go reaching this place it will take 2 hour from main road due to traffic jam. Resort is built inside village and road is poorly constructed.Also. In room no proper equipment there like electric kettle, towel. Also, in night no staff there at reception.
