Such a bad experience...there no trained staff ..

Yesterday i went this hotel by doing prepaid booking, but they denied to give rooms, don't harash the guest, if you are tiedup with Oyo, thn follow their rules. Now I will give 0 rating with more than my 10 Gmail account and many more in the future

I am amazed how people are giving 5stars. Pathetic rooms, very bad state , dirty bed sheets, I would prefer on roads rather than this HOTEL. DON'T FALL INTO 5 STAR REVIWES TRAP

Nice experience... Clean and full sanitised room... Daily sanitisation feel you safe. My stay was good in this hotel.

Best hotel in patna...facilities are best ...no disturbance....peaceful palace...rooms are very neat and clean...employees and staff members are very cooperative and polite.love this hotel

Best hotel at this rate. Good cleaning and senitization doing daily.

Experience and services are nice but road near the hotel is not that good.
