Hotel Thakur Mahal

It was a wonderful experience, and the staff treated me very well. Even the manager(Suraj and saurav ji) was respectful and friendly

I would like to tell you all that I have been staying in this Thakur Mahal hotel for 20 days. The rooms of the hotel are almost good but the reason for which you go to stay in the hotel is that you get peace, then forget peace. When you enter the hotel, the rooms are For service, you will have to call and remind for each and every thing even after thatThere is lack in the service, the hotel staff throw things at each other, the morning manager will say that the problem will be solved in the evening and the evening manager will blame such things on the morning manager, in the name of breakfast, you will get rubbish food and say something else at the reception. There will be discussion on room service and something about room serviceAnd given that the behavior of all the staff and manager is bad, if we talk about the location then it is at a place full of solar energy and you will have to make a lot of efforts to park your car. Because I found the service and staff of this hotel to be very rude. AC doesn't working

This Hotel Is too much Good . If you want to Stary one day and many More days because staff Behaviour is Good , Hotel Manger is good , Food is good but too expensive. You Feel good when you stay this place that's like living in our home.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The spacious, clean room and well-maintained bathroom showcased their commitment to hygiene. The polite and attentive staff went above and beyond in taking care of guests. The service provided was top-notch, justifying the price. I highly recommend this best-in-class hotel in Supaul.
