OYO The Pine & Dine

Our experience at Pine and Dine was extremely disappointing. The staff, including the manager, was very rude and initially refused to give us a room just because we had booked through OYO. After some discussion, they finally provided a room, but it was nothing like what we had seen online--dirty, with shutters instead of proper walls. When we requested a better room, they demanded extra money. We had to contact OYO customer care, but after our initial call, the hotel stopped answering. Eventually, OYO had to shift us to another hotel. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

The worst hotel in Hajipur, Vaishali district. I booked this on 06th June by calling Oyo customer care. They told me that the room has AC, WiFi, TV and Geyser with attached bathroom. When I reached the hotel along with my client who had a certain government related work in BICA Hajipur, the man who opened the door was dressed in his undergarments and refused to entertain OYO customer. When asked for manager, he said nobody is present. We were kept outside the gate for almost an hour where I was on the line with Oyo customer care who were trying to call the manager and the owner, but no one was answering them as well. They told me that they can refund the money or give me another hotel in Patna. Obviously I asked for a refund. Upon listening to this escalation, the man who previously opened the door, came out and said he can give the room but the room does not have an AC or an attached bathroom. We refused. To add to the harassment, this man in his undergarments, told us that we are illiterate and should come at the check-in time which is 12 noon. The fact was while he was calling me, a journalist and a foreign national illiterate, he forgot to look that we had booked and paid for the room from 5th June and we reached on the 6th, which means we came almost 18 hours after the check in time started. When we left the hotel to find another hotel and reached Hajipur railway station, the manager of the hotel called, who was unresponsive for this 1 hour 30 mins of hell and had the audacity to tell us he is ready to give the room as per Oyo defined standards. When we refused and stated that we have taken another hotel, he started arguing that he is ready to give the room and it is our fault that we did not wait for him to wake up and call. Basically he told us that we should have waited outside the hotel for 2 hours, BTW there is no lobby in the hotel, do not be deceived by the looks, it looks good in picture but trust me it's a pathetic hotel.

One of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in.. Please don't opt for the same if you are gonna stay as family the place will make you uncomfortable.... the attitude of the staffs are not so great..

If you book via Oyo app then show it luxurious hotel and if you check in then the receptionist show other room and that room look like very bad. hate it plzz Don't go the staff is very bad behaviour

Staff behaviour was great. But a big problem is here. Bathroom is common for 2 room and it is not attached.

Very nice place. Interior design is very beautiful. Cleanliness was taken care of. The staff was very nice. The food was awesome

Good Hotel with Restaurant facilities. Staff behaviour is also good.
