Reception staff is boldyfull and basted boy. Only ask xxx Questions? I requested to Metropol maneger change the reception staff. I fell very bad. You have kept so many Galata and Batamiz boys in such a big hotel.

Worst service and quality of food,ill behaviour, with cheating account without any support.Very bad experience during event in all respects.

One of the nastiest places I've stayed at. Rooms are awful with dirty linen and sheets - they haven't even changed them after the last occupant - everything smells used and bad. Rooms are large, clean but dusty. The whole building just smells bad overall. The only saving grace is their food which tastes good but the service is just poor - guys just forget what was ordered and have clue what they are doing whatsoever.

Hotel is on main Chapra road.it has limited parking. Rooms are average budget rooms.Rooms were clean. Room service available but only after morning 8:30 am and in night no service at all. In night the reception people tell they don't even have water to serve. Keep ur room keys very safe because if u misplace they don't have any Backup option at all . Rooms are fitted with gyesere and if u ask they can serve hot drinking water at room. Morning staff is good , night staff is rude so if anything needed please make sure u get it by evening. It is in busy market area at Chapra road. You will find all amenities near by at walking distance like petrol pump , sweet shops, grocery. It is in same building of v mart so many things you will find there as well.

Horrible Experience, Actually only Look like a Hotel but we feel our stay like a Guest House , no buddy responding on call properly for room service as well reception, Staff Behaviour is not coperative, Worst Services , Actually I have no Word to say . Manager Attitude is also like a roudy , basically It's not for Corporate Stay..
