HOTEL GRAND MAURYA & MAURYA SPICE RESTAURANT

*Never book* this shady hotel for any purpose. Went for an engagement ceremony, a thief who was well aware of the hotel and their staff took our phone while we were busy celebrating. We asked for CCTV footage and staff was just beating about the bush not showing us the main clip. After stealing the phone he stayed for 1.5 hours in the hotel looking for another opportunity. The hotel staff never cooperated, it had 2 guards of no use. Any outsider can enter the hotel and nobody stops them after that you are at your own risk with your valuable items. Give some extra money to any other hotel but don't you dare to book this hotel for any purpose if you want your belongings safe. Not safe at all before booking go and check CCTV footage of 3rd December 2024 , 05:59 Evening hall no. 01 at first Floor. After checking the footage you won't book this hotel, I can guarantee this. Hotels staff has no dress code, you won't be able to differentiate between an outsider thief and the hotel staff. The thief will gel with this hotel's staff and help you with arrangements like he is the hotel staff and take your phone or any other belonging, you will feel like you are being helped and the next moment the valuables are robbed. Do not book this hotel

I visited and had dinner with my friends in Hotel Grand Maurya..... The taste was delicious. .and we good time in the environment.... More ever Nandani who attended us ..she served well and she has cute behavior. ...... Thank you!

Booked AC room but not provide also TV is not working in rooms, On reception a rude man sitting who dont know how to treet with Guests. When a aks about AC room he say you are laying i am already sead that on that room AC not available. He charged of AC room but provide non AC. I would definitely insure with our corporate team member please not book this hotel in future.
