Hotel Grand Patliputra

I booked this room through online booking at IRCTC. It has horrible experience with it. I order food but it was not served. I was told that shift of the person changed who taken the food order. The succeeding lady was talking so rudely. I went outside and and asked to clean my room. When I returned back the room was not cleaned. When I enquired at reception 9 number I was told rudely that cleaning turn of your room has not come yet. I can see many mosquitos in my room even using repellent. Also, hotel is too far from main city. Advise people to think twice before booking in this hotel. Otherwise, they may beat you also.

Great value for money. Very well maintained. Onwer has bought the quality from other big hotels and tried his best to match the expectation. Such initiatives must be supported. Would love to stay everytime whenever I am in Siwan.

I've visited this restaurant multiple times before and always had a good experience, but this time was extremely disappointing. It took 45 minutes to serve a cup of coffee, and when it arrived, the cup had dirty stains all around. After pointing it out, the waiter took it back and returned 20 minutes later, but the condition remained the same. The coffee tasted terrible, as if the milk wasn't properly boiled. Despite this poor experience, we still fulfilled our responsibility and paid for the coffee without drinking it. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves both their service and quality.

Beware: THEY ARE PUTTING FAKE REVIEW TO HIDE NEGETIVE REVIEWS. This place is waste of money. Staff are unresponsive. You need to call them N times but still no solution from their side. Wifi is not working Geyser is not working Reception phone number not working. Bathroom are dirty. Peigion nest is near window. I travel Siwan for business related multiple time... won't recommend this anyone. This place is just waste of your money.

One of the best hotel. .nd service is too good

Very Bad experience, as a sales person I generally stay in different Hotel but this was a nightmare. Very poor response, need to call 3 times for anything. Told me that driver sleeping arrangements will be done but they didn't do it. Food quality and service during breakfast was very low standard. Overall a very bad experience. Won't stay ever as I need to visit Siwan every month.
