Hotel Satyam International, Siwan Services: The staff is polite, cordial and friendly. I stayed at the hotel for 2 day. Overall, the service is attentive and efficient. Rooms: The room we stayed in was spacious, located on the second floor. The toilets are clean, equipped with a geyser for hot water. The overall room experience is clean, stylish, comfortable, and well-furnished. Amenities: The room came with air conditioning, a television, a tea table, two side table, sofa, and a cloth cabinet. There were enough charging points, and the hotel provided parking facilities. I can definitely suggest this hotel to stay at its price point as it include meal and accommodation plan (MAP) it is value for money. Room Service: The hotel provides complimentary toiletries such as soap, a comb, two bathroom slipper, a dental kit, and a shaving kit. It's advisable to check if all these items are present when you enter the room. They also provide a one-liter water bottle, but I missed an electric kettle with a DIY tea and coffee kit in the room. Location: The hotel is conveniently located in Siwan city P.Devi More, Rajendra Path, It can easily find out in Google Maps to find it. Meal Plan: The Meal Accommodation Plan (MAP) offered by the hotel in reasonable price. I appreciate the transparency of the staff, who explain everything clearly. Food: I had breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, and the food was good in taste. Overall Experience: I would rate this hotel 4 out of 5.

Very bad services has been provided in the meeting and no any issues has been resolved on time within meeting period also services has been very bad and looking like as an guest house.

All things are partially good,but communication from reception to the customer not clear regarding tariff and another things inspite of all necessary information maintain in entry book by the customers.

Too much terrif according to property bad communication skills of front office manager always want to make more terrif from guest. Very bad exp i have visited 10 times in past 1 yrs.

Stay manager should have some professional & hospitality management knowledge and should know how to deal with customer. Although reception person is good in that manner.Hence rated 3 to service. Overall good stay.

One of the worse hotel in terms of International hotels. No management staffs. They don't know how to treat customers. It's been 3 times I visited and my experience is getting worse each time. Staff will not listen you. They just wanted to trap customers at once and then once you book rooms or for food, they will start drama. One manager whose name is Sumit, is very arrogant and stubborn. He always lies. Not sure why management is not changing as per name standards. I recommend not to visit as this will experience for wastage of time, money and patience as well.

The hotel is having it's locational advantage. It has improved a lot on staff behavior and in room service. Food, though not too many items in menu, served hot and taste was good. Need to add South Indian dishes in breakfast. Tea kit and shoe polish arrangements missing.

I was there for lunch, Awesome please for family, you guys can visit with your family for lunch Dinner in Restaurant. Best part you can get safe parking for your car and motorcycle with protected by security guards. Awesome and helpful team to support you.
