Very Disappointing Experience - Not Worth the Price I had a terrible experience at this venue. First and foremost, the hall is very small and cannot accommodate a decent-sized gathering, yet they charge an unreasonably high amount for it. To make matters worse, there was not a single cleaning or service staff provided during the function, which caused a lot of inconvenience for us and our guests. We had to manage everything on our own, which is unacceptable considering the price we paid. The manager was completely unprofessional and untrained, unable to handle even basic coordination or respond to our concerns properly. This place is definitely not suitable for marriage functions or any major events. I would not recommend this hall to anyone looking for a well-managed and spacious venue.

Sitamarhi is a small place. This is the best in the range of 3k a night. Rooms are good. Hot shower system is new. Food is okay. Service okay. Courteous staff

I stayed at several hotels across North Bihar but none were as good as this. I stayed here for one day as part of my office trip. It was relaxing and super-helpful in recharging myself. The hotel construction is really good. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were super soft and comfy. The AC worked very well, given the size of the room was close to 240 sq feet. The person at the reception was quite helpful. He arranged a cab for me for the next day. However, one of their staff barged into the room to ask for my dinner preferences. I didn't appreciate this. They should learn the courtesy of ringing the bell and waiting for an answer. So I am deducting 2 stars for the service. Also, a piece of advice, it is on the third floor of the building. The ground floor is taken up by Vishal Mega Mart and another shop.

It is one of best Hotel in Sitamarhi. It's a little bit more expensive than others but it has very beautiful interiors and an amazing ambience. This hotel is a good option for family functions like Birthdays , anniversaries and engagement ceremonies etc.( it's better to do small level functions that contain up to 300 people only because more than that makes the place quite uncomfortable as it's a hall ) . You can decorate the hall as per your wish. The rooms are fab . Overall it's a wonderful place, it looks great!

In Sitamarhi, this is a gem in terms of cleanliness, service, amenities and comfort. Privacy, security, parking and locality in a way are quite satisfying.
