Aradhana Resort

Our visit during 10th March till 13th March 2025 was good. Rooms and services were good. But visitors please check Menu Card at the Restaurant first and place your Order accordingly. I was told by the Restaurant manager that the Menu Card and the prices are given in their Web Site. But during billing I found higher prices in most of the cases which was not expected.

Looking for a tranquil getaway from the crowds of mountains and beaches? Simultala is an idyllic destination that fits the bill. What's more, the picturesque Aradhana Resort is a major draw - its online presence is sure to captivate and make you want to experience it firsthand. We recently visited Aradhana Resort in Simultala, where we stayed in the 'Babylon' room, located in the 'Heritage' part of the property. Here they tried to blend vintage charm with modern comfort. This room is a bit cozy but overall provided good attire. In addition to the heritage rooms like Babylon, the resort also features newly constructed rooms in an adjacent new building. After the check-in process, we were immediately drawn to the decor and attire of the room and resort, which sets a wonderful tone for our stay. BUT...... However, our experience took a disappointing turn due to the UNPROFESSIONAL attitude displayed by the management, particularly from a few staff members, including the manager/receptionist. Their behavior was inconsistent and unpredictable - one moment they were courteous and humble, but the next, they would display a surprisingly unprofessional attitude. Unfortunately, their lack of professionalism left a sour note on our otherwise pleasant stay. I hope to bring this issue to the attention of the owner/host, in the hope that they will address the unprofessional behavior of certain staff members and take steps to improve the overall guest experience. On a positive note, I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for two exceptional individuals who made our stay truly special. The young gentleman serving in the restaurant (who also owns a bike) and Pappu Bhai, the car owner, demonstrated remarkable humility and kindness, leaving a lasting impression on us.

We have spent 4 days in Aradhana Simultala from 21/1/25 2 PM to 25/1/25 9 30 AM. Excellent accommodation and service. We enjoyed the stay.

The room service is providing waste service as the room tariffs.Also mention restaurant price is too high as per other best hotels. Like as ALOO CHOKA PRICE FOR 20G IS 40 RUPEES.So check this resort before check-in.

Went there in simultala for a short trip. Stayed in aradhana resort for three days. The ambience and the entire atmosphere was quite peaceful, in one word was serene. But the hospitality needs to be improved a lot, a lot means aaaa lot.. I had ask them to clean cups, tell them to refill tea and coffee, take those dishes and which we have our lunch and dinner. There was no systematic room service nothing, no regular bathroom cleaning. These things needs to be improved. I have been to many places , their management gives atlest one freebie, here everything is chargeable . Even if you take 5 plates of paratha they give dahi( it is chargeable), there should be atlest some items like with entire lunch platter the chatni or Dahi with Parathas can be supplied free. Another thing is the manager, he was good a first, but once if you don't take their resort rented car he can become furious. It happened with us, it was soo bad, we were taking all the services from resort, on the last we didn't take the toto service from resort and hired privately the car ( he was one who was taking us on every trip and was from resort itself). But for that one day we called him privately, and this made manager furious and he threatened us saying, " aamdr thru die jacchenna, tahole hotel er baire apnader kichu hyegle aamdr kono dayitto nei" , What ?? Kind of rude behavior is it. For one day if we don't take your rented toto then things can be dangerous? How disheartening. I would rate them 2.0 for this. A request to owner, kindly don't leave everything blindly on some person. You beloved things can get destroyed in minutes if you don't look properly.

The rooms accomodation and arrangements are fine. All modern amenities are available here. The ambience of property is very well. Just hospitality need to be improve in my views. All staffs are very polite but not trend. Food quality & quantity is satisfactory level. Rate is much high .The owner Mr Arko & manager Mr Raja both are very cooperative.

Food is excellent but a bit costly,staff are really good and very helpful including manager

Location is close to station. Rooms and restaurant are well decorated. But service is very poor. Staffs are friendly but due to mismanagement service is not prompt. Food quality is good but costly. Service needs to be really improved. Food served without water, noone is attending at the time you need something like salt, pepper or a plate of rice. Garden is too big and very beautiful. Hope they will get back to their best very soon.
