The wedding ceremony service was an ugly experience. The manager is so rude that he charges absurd even after the marriage, he will tell you about the extra charges. If you would not pay.He will come with local gundaa at your palace. Please beware and aware.Please help others

This place is third grade to live in and ridiculous, nonsense and it's such a bummer for a wedding venue.. The staff especially waiter and manager is unprofessional and illiterate, there is no manners to talk, the location is not suitable, there is no proper connectivity of transport. I got married on 19th February, I haven't seen this kind of pathetic resort till date and I don't know why my wife's family chose this place. The room was completely messed up and the waiters were extremely rude and the locks of the washroom were broken giving a bad smell and the rate was so high that the numbs would go crazy except the decoration everything was rubbish. .... I want to write too many things but I don't have time to waste and really shocked to see that how they got 5 star ratings think twice to book here.

Attended friends wedding no management at all. They will charge you heavily and provide third class service. Really disgusting if you want to waste your money and ruin your marriage then only book this hotel

If you are looking to spend some time away from City crowd and in peace then definitely it will be worth a shot. But for most of the people it is very far situated on the highway. Rooms are great i must say, spacious with balcony views. It's not a hotel but resort. Not many people come so keep that in mind also.

The staff at reception has no experience of dealing with customers. No courtesy. Will take a long time to have your booking n will apply rate as per their choice. They will also not provide you any bill of hotel booking instead they will tell u that they will WhatsApp u the bill but that will never happen. Their service was also pathetic. No water in the washroom, towel hanger was itself hanging loose, no towel n no water bottle was provided. Only one small soap n two shampoo pouch provided. Light was continuously tripping for full duration of booking. Geyser was not working. Their telephone wire was also broken. They are not providing you any service n are charging you heavily. Beware of such frauds n save your money. Worst experience

First of all , this property accept booking for the big marriage hall site, but after reaching you shall find a smelly dim and unhygienic room offered in top of the restaurant building. The location is far from the city ~6 -7 km, and not feeling safe as it is beside highway with hardly anybody stays nearby. Try to avoid and find some place in city area

Behaviour like local Gunda with lofty charges without reason. Please reconsider when the marriage plan is going here .

Awesome experience, feel free to enjoy it. Nice location on NH57 Darbhanga- Muzaffarpur road.
