Hotel Kailash Inn

I had an awful experience at Hotel Kailash Inn. The moment I entered the room, it was stinking like a toilet - absolutely unbearable. The condition of the room was terrible: plaster was coming off the walls, there were visible cracks everywhere, and the bathroom fittings and tiles were loose or falling apart. To make things worse, there was zero response from the reception or room service after 9:30 PM. It felt like the hotel just shut down for the night, leaving guests helpless. Overall, it was a horrible stay and I would strongly advise others to stay away from this place. Not worth the money.

It is a big hotel in samastipur but the hotel rooms are the worst its dirty toilet seats are broken room are not clean and walls are damp too

We are satisfied your service. As for the restaurant the meals are good and tasty. I would recommend people to go to the restaurant. It's really good. Vikash je welcomed me well and she is very friendly. I love to visit this place to meet and appreciate him again and again.

Really enjoyable stay at the Hotel Kailash inn.Probably the best breakfast amongst similar hotels in Samastipur and the reception/front desk team help to make the stay a really enjoyable experience. Rooms are Spaceious with excellent facilities, and the price is very reasonable given it's location. Will stay there again in future for sure!
