HOTEL BIG BOSS

I recently ordered the Ginger Garlic noodles from BigBoss, and I was quite disappointed with the experience. The taste was not good at all, and the noodles were hard and undercooked. As for the ingredients, it seemed like they had only added patta gobhi (cabbage) and nothing else, which made the dish feel incomplete and bland. Considering the price, the quality of the food did not match up at all. I expected a lot more in terms of flavor, freshness, and ingredient variety. Overall, not a satisfying experience and I wouldn't recommend it based on what I received.

Rooms were average with mosquitos. Everyone said that this is the best hotel in Samastipur but shocked to see the staff behaviour and rudeness. I would love to see competition soon and their service maintenance post then. Guests are coming due to no other options, Soon another big hotel is coming to the location - hope for the good.

Great Food.... Had Mashroom Curry and Rice... Food was yummy.. and after many hours it didnot create any gas problem... food is that good

Big Boss is a nice hotel with clean and well maintained room and courteous service.|It is next to the Samastipur Railway Station, making it easy to access and travel around.|They have a nice rooftop multi cuisine restaurant which makes for a nice meal.

I am staying at the hotel since opening date but nowa days hotel not maintained the quality. Bedsheet not clean room service very pathetic .. Late response after call to reception area.

This is a newly built near the market and railway station. Spacious room and neat and clean bathroom. Properly washed linen. Enough lighting and good AC. Good restaurant. They have two big halls for events and social functions. Food is tasty and the staff is helpful. It's worth staying here

I recently stayed at this hotel for over 20 days and had a fantastic experience. The complementary breakfast was a great start to each day, and the ambience of the rooftop restaurant was amazing. I would rate my overall stay as 5/5. The staff shehzaman were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any requests. The taste of the food at the restaurant was also top-notch, earning another 5/5. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
