Maa Jagdamba Palace

Our two day experience was very good. This hotel has many good features which I am sharing with your's based on my experience of two days spent here. Lodging is amazing. 1. Full net and clean 2. Good comfortable sleeping bed, 3. All kinds of tasty food 4. Excellent service and hotel look is wonderful.

Very bad experience , Anurag is the manager and he is a big cheater . Catering services given by hotel is the worsen experience. He is in full of attitude ,your guest will be unhappy if you choose this hotel. They have thired class cook and very bad waiters. He will speak I will manage everything,but at the time of function he will refuse. His behaviour is also not good This hotel manager will speak this your fault. I have done one function at this hotel I have lost my confidence.I will suggest please avoide this resturant/hall for any function. Shahnawaz

Unique palace/hotel for marriage or anniversary. Lift service is best , AC also. With Room key we start AC and lights.

Staff was very cooperative. Location is very good for Darbhanga airport as you don't have to go across Samastipur town.

This hotel is a good hotel. I recently traveled to Samastipur and stayed there for 3 days.Its almost 3 km from Samastipur station. It is located in the main city. Looking wise its nice hotel.Service is also good .you can choose this hotel surely

Good facility available

Hotel services is very poor. All staff are lazy. Even they don't provide water to you before 8-10 reminder calls. They provide night tea in morning. And morning tea in night. Only warming the tea and provide to there customers. And they proudly accepts that the tea they provided was made earlier. There were no handle in washroom. They provide used bedsheets and towel. Even lift facilities is not available from ground floor.
