Amazing services by this hotel. I was so happy with the room of this hotel

Very small rooms with bare minimum necessities. Leaky toilets, loose taps, non functional geysers, British era cushions on bed. Avoid it if not desperate for a roof over your head for one night.

I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Blue Heaven, Saharsa. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues! Because I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Saharsa. This was on the top of the list of best stays experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine specially owner, manager Mr.Ray ji and services staff Ram, Nitish and more. Thank you so much.

Food is good. Quality of menu is also good. Their special veg contains 2 color gravy. Not exceptional but above average in all aspects.

This hotel is nice but need some improvement. Room service is little bit slow. Food quality is average. I think it's a average hotel...

Nice hotel with affordable cost, Fooding, hot and cold water ,tea, AC , TV many things are available...
