Very Fast,Good Rooms & Food Service. Rooms and all areas in this hotel are always neat and clean . Food tastes very delicious & tasty. They always maintain their heigenic cleaning of all areas. Completely satisfied with their room service. And the reception staff's behaviour is very good. They treat all their guests very Humility , they always understand their guests very easily & They behave very well & familiar. Thanks to the Hotel manger who managed and well maintained this hotel to like this which any guest not face with any problem which they feel comfortable

There are two palaces, the old one and the new one. A beautiful hotel has been built in the new palace. There is a famous temple of Goddess Durga in the city.

Perfect place for family visit fabulous food beyond expectations

Felt very good see a heritage building converted and restored as Hotel. The building or Fort was abandoned earlier and a place to play for kids and devotees visiting Maa Durga Temple at Thawe also to provide them shelter. Must appreciate all those who come forward to save this. There is scope for improvement in Parking and Pricing. Do visit here during your Darshan at Thawe to experience the culture and cuisine.

They promote them as a 3 star hotel but the service they have don't even deserve 1 star. Rooms there are too expensive comparison to the facilities they provide. Toilets were not clean and there was a strange smell in all the rooms.

I am giving 1 star because no option for 0 or minus rating. I have given a order for Food in this restaurant and his waiter was cooking food in absence of Chef, Food was completely tasteless. when I given feedback to him.then his excuse was chef was not present that's why vegetable cooked by me. I will ask to management please take proper action on it and don't take orders when your chef is not avelable, don't waste customer mony. I already given feedback on your complain register in your restaurant. Please maintain your quality according to your name .

Very good hotel, since it's a heritage building, one must get the feel of staying in heritage building. Very clean, specious rooms. Food quality is satisfying. Don't bring the local problem while reviewing the quality.

Terrible location, parking touts on the road leading to it kept demanding money to cross the road despite insisting that we are parking inside the hotel. Rooms were damp and the ACs barely worked. Our group of 4 had to change rooms. We did get decent rooms on the second go though, but definitely not worth the price they came in. Definitely not. We had to constantly call the front desk asking for things one takes for granted in a hotel room, I.e. towels, sheets, soap, handwash. The only redeeming quality is the food. That is what is getting this place stars anyway. The food was definitely good and the service was timely.
