SPOT ON 60792 Hotel Utsav And Banquet Hall

Filthy rooms. They charge a foreigner rate but claim that locals consider this to be a nice clean hotel. None of the rooms I looked were finished. The rooms were plain filthy and disgusting!|I'm not sure who these people giving reviews about the 18" thick mattress! It's a lie !|It's a an absolutely bad hotel and located in an alley!|Daily night loudspeaker going off ! No A/C in rooms! Can't keep window open for noise pollution. Keep away from this place.|No running water, toilet was broken! Filthy floors ! Chemical Dirty bucket for water! They bring it to you! Not practical or hygienic! By morning I learned they had no running water, leave alone hot water! I'm simply at a loss why they would rent unfinished rooms with open electrical outlets!|I confronted the night and day manager about the cleanliness of the room. I asked him how they can rent dirty filthy rooms. His answer to everything was "why not". There is no room service! You cannot even get boiled water! I asked for two buckets of water. The service came back with half a bucket of water!|Terrible! Terrible! An absolute rip off! The rooms are gross ! You don't want to stay in their rooms even if it's free!
