SPOT ON 49187 Hotel Vaibhav

Hotel Vaibhav is located near the Raxaul railway station around 900 meters away. One must cross two religious institutions ( A Mandir and a Masjid) to reach this place. The reception was informative and precise according to your requirements. No dormitory service available inside the premises. A two digit tariff can be availed by single bed holders. The room's bathrooms were clean beside the stairs. Towels were present on the table. The blanket was not remarkable but faced no issues. They won't change the bed sheet if it's tidy until a parch of dirt has been recognised by the hotel service man. People are decent as long as you do not bargain irrespective of the standardization. A valid identity proof is important to book a room. Mosquito repellent works well inside the room though I didn't find any outside as it was the end of the winter season. Things were gentle with me as far as I am concerned about a single night stay. From Sweets, vegan , chicken to Pizza everything is available outside the gate. I took around 30 minutes to reach the railway station by walk (small steps) from the hotel gate. Parking for two and four wheelers are available and you may get an auto engineer inside the hotel premises for any reasonable repairs. Thank you

For budget friendly person it's good but for facilities wise it's not that type. I'll not suggest for family or groups to stay here because room size is small , interiors are average, bedsheets are little dusty and facilities are not as a well organised hotel .....

3rd class guy at the reception extremely rude and arrogant went for equiry for available rooms and got to witness the rudest behavior in 2 mins & we just left. Rooms are also bad, bed sheets looked they are being used since a decade. One can easily get other better hotels to stay in that area. This one is a absolute no go.

The Worst Nightmare and the worst hotel to be experienced. We stayed for one night while coming back from Nepal and they don't even provide a single towel for 3 rooms we booked for 6 people. The property manager is simply non-cooperative and arrogant and they even denied to switch on the geyser in January. Please stay away from this hotel. We made our booking from GoIbibo.

In the middle of market area and near to Raxaul junction railway station It's a value for money property. So kindly don't expect toiletries or fresh towels but you will get purified water, power backup and a parking area. Service staffs are polite enough and they do try to fulfill your request upto a certain extent.

Not recommended for winters ... No geyser.. Best part is its location near INDONEPAL border. Worse part is rain water leaks into room..poor ceiling and room too small. Bathroom facilities are poor. NO dustbins provided. They named "international" For deluding customers

This is one of the very few hotel options in Raxaul. Stay here only if you need to catch a train the next morning. Facilities are very basic and on top of that staff are indifferent to the guests needs! A request for an additional blanket was flatly denied, with the response that a room has only one blanket. The bedsheet and pillows are stained and so are the mattresses. The hot water geyser doesn't work and towels are not provided, even on request! The included breakfast is a farce - as there was a train to catch around 9am, a request was put in the night before for breakfast at 8 am. Instead, all that was given was a piece of paper which had to be taken to a street side food stall for breakfast. It was too early for them to prepare breakfast, so couldn't be bothered to wait at the cost of missing the train. Overall, very shabby and poor hotel, with even poorer service.

Good for one night stay. If you plan to enter nepal and wantbto rest for a night. Then go for it. My firat experience was great because the staff during checkin was very friendly. But while retyrning from nepal there was a different staff which was not as friendly as the other guy. But this is good for a night stay.
