I had a pleasant stay in the hotel. Room heater provided in the room. Bed was comfortable. Clean bathroom. Room done in menu has lot of options. I recommend this hotel for stay.

Most worst hotel, service very very bad, price is high as per facility, no food available at hotel, total hotel staff 4 nos, very bad behavior with Guest. Book hotel only if no options in hand.

The best hotel in and around Raxaul hands down. Neat and clean rooms, well maintained space. Very good location given the fact it is very close to the Nepal border and just off the busy main road noises and chaos. Owner is a friendly person and sees to it your stay is comfortable. However, full points to Mr. SANJAY the staff, an exceptional and top bloke who goes out of the way to help you in all aspects be it your stay/food, currency change or the border crossing/immigration into Nepal. This is a beautifully constructed boutique hotel which is unlike anything you will experience in the entire vicinity. I was fortunate to stay there during the inauguration. It is very conveniently located close to the railway station and is the natural, obvious choice to stay for you and your family while transiting to Nepal or India during your journey. The staff is very hospitable and helpful, the rooms magnificently spacious and comfortable with everything screaming luxury, be it the opulent washrooms, the hardwood furniture and the unique, designer finishes. I find it hard to remember the last time I visited a property which was done up so beautifully architecturally.

Great hotel. The only good option in Raxaul. The hotel is well designed with air circulation, sunlight and acoustics kept in mind. The rooms are spacious. The furniture and bedding are comfortable. The entire hotel feels like it has been well thought off while building. The walls are decorated. The ceiling in the lobby is given this rural vibe with use of bamboo. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Improvement required which I will believe they will soon incorporate would be pillows could be nicer. The pillows in the rooms are too hard for my liking. The telephone in the room doesn't work. (Also the telephone in my room had two buttons labeled "8". Usually it's 9 for reception in hotels, so I thought it was a deliberate easter egg. But the reception number is 601)
