Booked room on 2nd Jan 2024, it didn't even worth 500 rs , they charged us 1450 by saying that this is the premium hotel in raxual. After doing the payment the allotted us there worst room in which there was lots of mosquito, room was smelling like hell. Infact we have also seen rats in room , please beware of there fake room images on site. Also the hotel owner posts 5 star rating from there staffs google account so that the can show 5 star google review. There are good hotels nearby.

Stayed at this Htl worst again worst so filthy bath room no proper slippers diffrent size and colour no tv electric panel damaged and friends what they show room pic don't believe in it was D grade Htl even the manager or the boss no manners so friend don't ever go on pic see reality and then stay

This hotel is a scam, they will lie and cheat to get higher price. There was mice in the room and it smelled horrible etc. My strong advice is to stay away from this place.

This hotel is not at all like it appears in the photos, this hotel is a very useless hotel, even the bathroom is completely dirty, no one should know about it

It's a very bad experience in my life. I never recommend it, because it better if I stay outside in platform railway, Service also very bad, totally waste of money, even as every 30 minutes shut down AC . I realised if I stay outside it will be better, even bug on the bed. Very dirty environment , don't know how they comment good
