Hotel Tathagat Ashok

Hotel has wonderful view surrounded by nature, greenery & hills. We has great time there, all staff were very well educated & well behaved. The food was very delicious & the whole staff was helpful and cooperative.

I would like to share my extreme disappointment on choosing this hotel to plan funtion Hi-tea and our groom family to stay. we found hotel tathagat ashok as very new and fabulous , we liked the location and it seemed like the everything was well put together. When we were about to chekin everything get worst , the manager was standing besides and I have to tell them and remind them for welcome drink which was included in our package, there was unprofessional people came and serve and yes they have charge me as 4 star catogary. We were asking for the room number and planning that which floor will give to whom side the reception guy was handling nicly and helping and sudden one manage came and said sir untill full payment will not done we can't give room key and mine 80% payment was already done the manager we dealt with was the opration manager"Anirudha" the MOST UNPROFFESIONAL people I have ever meet in hotel industry in my life, literally AWFUL! The food taste was really awesome. Thanks to chef . The management at this hotel really killed our excitement and enthusiasm about traveling and making our function and stay memorable in Rajgir along with our families, we absolutely would "NEVER" recommend this hotel to anyone as it may ruin your experience in Rajgur. If there was an option of ZERO starts I would totally select it but unfortunately still have to give one star.

Room are really luxurious. Food is really healthy and tasty. Staffs are really helpful. Make sure to book breakfast, lunch or dinner together while booking the room it will be worth it. Vivek bhaiya was really helpful at the reception.

For an establishment that started business only a month ago, Tathagat Ashok provided a wonderful experience with delicious food and warm and helpful staff. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the lawn beautifully curated. With a little fine tuning, I have no doubt that in time the Tathagat Ashok will become one of the best known hotels in Bihar.
