Hotel Ratnagiri-rajgir

I booked this hotel for my Colleague for (26-28) Dec 2019 through Agoda.com. My Booking was confirm. But on arrival the Hotel management didn't allow him to check in. After 3hrs arguments, he made a fresh booking for checking in. The behavior of hotel stuff was very rude. PLEASE DON'T PLAN TO STAY THIS HOTEL ANYMORE.

Moderate service however rooms are comparatively cheap. i would not like to make any comments about the service, but the lift was functional when we stayed there and i stayed there with family. Proper parking is unavailable although the staffs provide a bit place on the main road for parking.

Easy to find out the hotel from railway station and walk able distance from Rajgir Bus Stand. Located near Rajgir Bus Stand is the Hotel Ratnagir, Hotel at Nalanda.||I fill best nd family envarment, so i fill good this hotel, menegment and room servish, so i like this hotel, good name

Affordable hotel.one can stay here but no restaurant is there. The people though working there were very helpful to us since we didn't have any idea about the place.

This is just a hotel for staying, no restaurant service is available there. Room is average, but not very well. It is located close to the bus stand. Hoteliers are polite.

It's a very bad experience there is no any facilities and cost is also very high . I don't suggest any tourist or visitors to stay there .

This hotel should be closed how can you give 3.4ratings their is no kitchen in this hotel staff are local uneducated and misbehaved small and dirty rooms no proper cleaning staff will not bother to fight with you if ask something and remind them for 1 or 2times security guard doesnt belong to any agency its just a local bandit guy wearing a security guard dress not good for family you will see the manager while booking but after that 1or 2 staffs young boys uneducated and goons like will come to make your day hell
