Hotel Nalanda Regency

Pathetic services during breakfast time 11.15 A.M The waiter made us wait for like 1 hour for the food even when we asked him about the delay we were treated badly by him he was continuously ignoring us and was talking in a very rude manner and also forcing us to rate higher in the reviews and was very irritating during whole time. He ruined our whole experience. we would never like to visit again

Location is very good nearby everything. Room had lil smell and bathroom had some problems. They charge for everything even water bottles. Have to call them a lot for any service.

Good points first. The location is good Service is excellent and prompt Bad points: Rooms are not being maintained The side tables of our bed was broken and lying on the floor. The AC remote was not available. The AC and lamps were unplugged from the socket. The plumbing is broken.

Room service is poor..we received a room key thar didn't work properly. Food is spicy n takes too much time to serve the food .The staff behavior is rude n unprofessional. Don't have basic manners.We had an unpleasant stay.

I really appreciate the services and accommodation of this hotel. Well maintained and polite behaviour just blew my mind. Thanks and I must visit again.
