Hotel Diamond Plaza

It honestly was a pathetic experience. Hotel lacks absolute basic facilities including something as basic as a towel, geyser wasn't working, TV wasn't working and there was no Wifi. they didn't offer a bedsheet and had to remind them of the same which they gave the next day. Absolute waste of Money and Time. Owners need to work on the staff and probably need to train them better.

This hotel sucks. Stay away from it. Here are the reasons why: 1) The room doesn't look like from a hotel, but from a PG. 2) The bedsheets and pillows were uncomfortable. There were no towels or handwash in the bathroom. 3) Even the one soap that they had was the cheap medimix one. Heck, there wasn't even enough water running through the taps. 4) The bathroom door didn't even locked properly 4) The fan was old and non-serviced and hence made irritating sounds during running. That thing literally ruined my whole night's sleep Conclusion: If you're looking for a one-day solo stay, go for it. Otherwise, this place isn't even worth it. There are WAYYY better options available in the area.

Excellent customer service and supportive staff hospitality is notch one thing in this hotel is room are too big and very specious ambience is superb with high quality management experience was top notch once visit please

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptional--friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The food was outstanding, with a wide range of delicious dishes, both at breakfast and dinner, catering to all tastes. I especially enjoyed the local specialties. The attention to detail, from the well-maintained facilities to the warm hospitality, made this stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect getaway!

Whatever is shown in the site , the rooms are Totally different...none of the AC was working properly and even the hotel incharge was not well trained to deal the customer and also to take any responsibility for the customer departure or arrival..

Totally froud.We booked 5 rooms.and when we arrived they already handed the rooms to others.and at 12 a.m We had to find other hotels .
