Hotel Diamond Inn - Hotel in Rajgir

The kind of hospitality we received was amazing. All the staffs were very cooperative and kind. Food was also really good.

Totally unprofessional staff, no team spirit among the staff. TV is not working. No kettle to prepare the tea. Housekeeping services are not up to the mark. Not recommended to the tourist. Properly owner is requested to take attention for improvement.

We stayed there twice. It's location is great; within half a km of the Railway station and 1 km from the Bus terminus. Rooms are also very good. Lift is available and it has a good resturant.

Absolutely terrible service. The staff doesn't care about their guests, and the management is a joke. The breakfast was cold and poorly organized, and the manager's rude behavior ruined our day. Never staying here again.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by poor room service and a lack of basic amenities like drinking water. While the location was convenient, the hotel's shortcomings made for a disappointing experience.

Geysers were not working. Room service was not satisfactory. Meal order delivery was taking more time than usual. Even tea was served after one hour of order.Intercom was out of service.But staff's behavior was very good.

Rooms are good. Bathroom and toilet not so great. Charges normal to high. Location is best at main road. Price of room was 1700 + GST Restaurant is good nice taste in normal price. Considering the place rajgir it's good.

Our experience was good. Service is excellent. Desk staff is enthusiastic to help. We admire the attitude of the staff. They never say 'no' to anything. Ready to help. Rooms are alright. Good was especially good. Location is in the main highway, little away from main market but you found things around. Certain places to see are not too far. Local transport is easily available. Tariff is affordable. There is a lift too. A little training will enable them to compete with the best ones.
