Galaxy In Hotel & Restaurant

When we booked the room online we were told that every facility is given and fooding & lodging is our speciality. When we reached here there was no sign of restaurant and they said we dont have any restaurant. No water purifier is provided, no regular cleaning of room done until you call the manager, very dirty room, maintanance is zero. So dont ever book this hotel online until and unless you see it offline. Very expensive according to facilities.

Very good location....hospitality is superb....cleaning and services...very good....overall Galaxy Inn hotel is all-rounder from every side...also owner helping attitude is remarkable...what ever issue ..if aries he solved immediately.....

This is the worst hotel as it is written that there many facilities available in this hotel but in reality it is totally wrong . Every time the electricity is gone and only the fan is working properly not any other electronic devices. There is also a problem with water even though my parents and I are not even in the bath because of this reason.

The management has changed recently apparently. Oct - november 2024 . The room pricing is very attractive (1500 rs night 2 pax) . However the hotel management needs to take care of extremely loud noise that comes either from wedding venues nearby or Rooms of the same hotel or gym next door. Such loud noise made the night extremely disturbing. So even though pricing is attractive and room is big in size , washroom needs more cleanliness and maintenance and the loud noise needs to be taken care of. The neighbours were playing tv extremely loudly and the wedding venues has loud DJ playing until midnight and gym was playing music 6 am onwards, overall disturbing our sleep every night that we were there. The same hotel has a restaurant - arun hotel . The food and staff behaviour was good there.

It was a great time. There is a very clin and the staff was a very kind and every thing is good , whene I was coming Galaxy hotal I never fil alone the Honer was a so kind. I fil like a my home thank you for every thing. It was a great.....

One of the best hotel's at Rajgir, behaviour of the staff is very decent without any second thought do visit this hotel. Rooms are quite spacious and comfortable,even the food is yummy .

I was having the worst experience even in my life. It is the worst and the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. The food service is very bad there is no electricity in the hotel. Bathrooms are too small and the geyser doesn't work at all. Rooms are very dirty and they charge 2000 ruppe for this. I can't believe at all. This hotel has no worth than 900 ruppes and one thing more that the telivision works but you cannot Play youtube or any apps as there is no internet. Worst service ever. Don't go to this hotel. Warning

Good facilities.Behavior of staff is also good.Well mannered service.Just few things need to be mended like geyser doesn't work in all rooms, bathroom should be cleaned regularly.Else everything is good.Location is also very good.
