Food was good but place was full of mosquitoes. The guy sitting at the front door took our concern very lightly.

Non of stap was cooperative behavior very bad services This hotel seriously lacks proper organization and customer care. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable or stress-free stay. Definitely not worth the money.

Please don't go there.Very bad and irresponsible behavior of all hotel staffs includinganager.Whenever there is a birthday or any personal function in this hotel, all the staff including the manager remain busy in it..and those who go for lunch or dinner do not get proper service. You have wait a lot.. And there is no coordination between all the staff who take the orders or serve and the chef there.

We often visit the restaurant. Environment is nice and food is always tasty. Service was nice, keep us happy with your service "Bob"

The service is very bad . I ordered something which I wasn't able to eat and said to pack it so that I can eat later . They only packed one piece and took rest of it... It's very annoyingly wrong that they did. They even don't billed us good they put other all table food prices to our table number 6 it's the worst now at first I was a good fan of their food but the service is worst

Subject: Disappointing Experience with Paras International for My Daughter's Birthday Party. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received during my daughter's birthday party at your hotel. Despite paying a hefty sum of INR 1.5 lac for the event, the experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the per plate charge of INR 1300 was extremely high, and we were looking forward to a memorable celebration. However, the lack of basic amenities and poor service marred the entire experience. When I asked for water bottles for my guests, I was literally made to beg for them. It's unacceptable that guests had to wait for so long to get a simple refill. The experience was further exacerbated by the lengthy wait times for refills. It took around half an hour for an item to be restocked, which left many of my guests irritated and hungry. Unfortunately, some of them decided to leave the hotel without even enjoying the food, which was a huge letdown. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and amenities, especially when paying a premium price. Your hotel failed to meet these expectations. You can't beleieve that they charge me for sofa as furniture as 500 by saying this is not hotel property. but the furniture available in hotel primises.

We had gone to Paras International for lunch. The food and service were both excellent. This restaurant has now become our favourite in Purnia town.
