Mobile charger, purse and other valuables are not safe in the hotel and if you talk to the manager, he talks in a rude manner.

Room size was big enough as compared to other hotels in the same city, so my stay was comfortable. Staff was very cooperative and service was good. Room was clean. Food was tasty. Their restaurant gives a good ambience. I came again with my friends and they also liked it. They also have a safe parking space. So, overall stay was good.

I booked the room in this hotel from OYO App on 25-1-2020. My booking I'd is LKTX5*** .When I reached at hotel Premises .Hotel management refused me to provide the Room . Reason behind this is that I have paid money directly to OYO.Hotel management told me that you have to pay money at our counter only in CASH. I am shocked at that time that what is going here when I have paid total dues to OYO, also OYO has confirmed the Booking on my mail id But still Hotel management refused . Also Hotel management has fixed the amount of Rs 800 for OYO Customers and making his own benefit .The Hotel Manager/Owner both Harassed the customers by doing this kind of activity .Never recommend this hotel to anyone even to my enemies. Never ever book this hotel Becoz they goof off with the Customers .But I really appreciate or thankful to OYO that they provide me better options after complaining about RAVI VINAY HOTEL PURNEA .OYO PLEASE REMOVE THIS HOTEL FROM YOUR APP SO THAT NO OTHER OYO CUSTOMER GET HARASSED LIKE ME.

Toilet seat broken. Toilet dirty. Room uncleaned. No service given. Ac not working

Nyc place to visit , it is situated in politicnic chowk near tge manshidhi temple, (V2 Mall purnia) , the person can easily get tge accommodation he/she wanted for a time period n also the hospitality of the hotel is mind blowing
