Worst hotel experience ever !! Travelled from New Delhi for an exam only to find that the reservation has been cancelled without prior information becoz of the sole reason : booked online; charged almost thrice for a untidy room. Staffs extremely rude. Not suggested.

The accommodation is good and service too is good. Most importantly they have their own inbuilt restaurant where food is available at reasonable price without any extra charge. Had a pleasant stay with delicious food quality.

This is a good hotel with stay and food service at purnea Rambag. This is cheapest and best service. Our mostly program is held in this hotel from last one year. The hotel manager is good. They give us more benefit. You can easily recah to the hotel by auto. From station or bus stop.

This hotel is not oyo they are cheater. when i went there with my oyo booking code they said that we dont take oyo booking now you have to book room from hotel reception and on the spot i have to pay 1699, but the same room booking cost was 699 in oyo .no one listen my complaints at the time .

Mene online book Kia tha but wo refund v nahi hua or room v nahi diya, totally not preferable to this hotel,
