OYO 35441 Hotel Ravi Vinay

Very bad experience. Don't book this hotel in Purina. I think there are always better options. So go for another hotel place. Hotel Ravi Vinay is a bad choice for travellers looking for a hotel in Purnia. This Hotel stands out as one of the low recommended hotel in Purnia. Keval bahar se dekhne me a acha hai ye but room bahut gande hai. Hygiene maintenance nahi hai. I have bad experience here.

Very nice hotel renovation has been done to the reception place and restaurant place rooms clean and ac functions good place for couples families etc

Very helpful staff. Clean rooms. Felt safe. Very very good food, especially the egg curry and dal. I spent four days here, it's the best option in purnea. The staff was really helpful and very prompt.

This hotel is very good less fair of 1000. Rooms are well decorated. Blanket, pillow, bed & everything is good in quality to stay there. The main thing is owner, staffs and receptionist's behaviour is very good. Almost all facilities are available here. Couple's favourable.

Stay wasnt happy, very less amenities, no entercomms in room, loudly lift can be heard from room. No blanket covers, no headboards in bed. Hard to sit in winters leaning on damped walls. Low quality televisions with no connection.

I booked room in this hotel through OYO AP on 25/1/2020 My Booking I'd is LKTX5*** . When I reached at hotel the hotel management /owner refused me to provide the room.The reason behind this as per hotel version is that I have paid money directly to OYO online but their demand is Why ? you have not paid the money at Hotel Counter. I was fully shocked what is going here even when I have paid full dues to the hotel through OYO and received the Confirmation through mail also.This is shocking for me that Hotel demands more money from me and says cancels the OYO booking we will provide you the Room directly and will charge 800 from you otherwise our charge is 1000.as per my experience they goof off the customers. So I never Guide others or anyone to book this property RAVI VIJAY PURNEA .. even to my enemies . also. I thankfull to OYO that they help me from this situation and provide me the new property better than this. NEVER EVER BOOK THIS PROPERTY . PLEASE ASK FIRST AT HOTEL RECEPTION WHETHER THEY HAVE BOOKED YOUR ROOM OR NOT THROUGH OYO APP SO THAT YOU MUST NOT BE GET HARASSED BY OWNER. ALSO I REQUEST OYO TO REMOVE THIS BOGUS HOTEL FROM THEIR WEBSITE.

Hotel was so dirty and disgusting staffs. Room was small to the price. Room was full of mosquitoes and every plug boards were broken. Staffs were not responding properly and service is so worst. No proper food. Never go to this hotel. Not a good choice.

Romm was in good condition but few things were not good like exhaust in bathrooms were not working. Ac remotes were not there in few rooms. We complaint to them but they didn't repaired in my 2 days visit
