Hotel Sunshine & Restaurant

This hotel staff were so rude. They were trying to bargain for the tips by themself and trying to tell us that we need to tip every staff member. When we disagreed for giving tips to everyone they disagreed to carry our luggage when we checked out and told us that we would not carry your luggage. And there was no bottle of water even when we checked in and there were alot of mosquitoes.

I have been there... It was an awesome experience! Everything is just perfect from cleanliness to behaviour of staff members. Definitely will visit this place whenever I'll come to purnea.

Luxurious rooms. Well located place with wonderful gardening. Prompt service and responses. The food is very delicious and nice.

Very poor service There cannot be a worse hotel than this in the whole of Purnia. Its staff has so many routines. Whom we have to call and speak to but he does not do anything. Very poor quality service and people's work, please never come to this hotel.
