Service is not good and cleaning also not good

I got double bed Non AC for 840 (incl GST), which was very good at that price. The rooms were neat and clean. The hotel is located at the very centre of purnia's famous market, Bhatta Bazar. They also provide you food, although I didn't try it but seemed a bit costly from the menu.

Budget hotel in Purnea/ Purnia. Good for 1-2 days stay. It's an old hotel so definitely lacked a few modern amenities. Location is good. Food is average and oily. Not recommended for aged people. Overall an average experience. ** Refurbishing work is going on.

Very bad quality of food and rooms

Hotel is in best location but the rooms and floor are very conjusted, small place and i think minimum 50 peoples seat in hall for party function or marriage functions and one more disadvantage that to be no lift in this 5th floor hotel.

Stafs are very rude. And service is poor. And also no lift facility.

One of the worst experience. Those who ever give the 3.7 star rating in google they are fool or they didn't seen good hotels at the same price. Toilet is not clean too much mosquito everywhere. I think 3.7 rating in google are paid reviews because i have seen so much hotels in other website at the same price they are much quite impressive hotels in purnia near by.
