Hotel Park Square

I travelled to Bihar for the very first time for a business trip. Surprisingly had a great experience here. The staff was courteous, humble and skilled. Be it room service or dine-in experience the service was top notch. The menu was concise, but the host went beyond the menu to complete our requests for off menu items. The only area in which they need improvement is trim down on the amount of oil that they use in food. Rest the rooms were clean and hygienic. Much recommended and would personally stay if visit again.

5 stars for the location. Very serene and quiet. Gives a feeling of a hill station. Rooms are small but neat with good furniture and upholstery. Can improve in the area of food. It wasn't so good

Restaurant Service is Too Slow / Have never seen any Restaurant taking 1 hour to serve Saute Vegetables , Rice and Dal - In case u plan to have Lunch here / Be Cautious - Adventurous - On time Part

Everything is good, the hotel is very nice, food is also very tasty most importantly the entire service team are well behaved. Keep it up the good job and thank you for making us happy.

The food at absolutely delightful - every dish is prepared with care and bursting with flavor. But what truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff. Baishakhi made our experience so memorable with their warm hospitality and attention to detail.

Must stay hotel in Purnea, Excellent service, Outstanding People, very helpful and polite front desk executive and all staffs, prompt to respond to requests. Icing in the cake is personal touch and care from Mr.Atul at Front desk who is very polite ,extremely friendly and the reason for my repeat stays at Hotel Park Square.

We enjoyed our stay at park square. Rooms are extremely well maintained. Staff were very professional and helpful. Chinese cuisine was better than Indian. Overall a great experience. Special shout out to Mr. Jitendra's service.
