Good place the food is of very good quality at low price

Location is good, in the heart of the town, in Bhatta Bazar. Room is not good. Bathroom condition is not good. Tiles are not aligned properly, water speed is very low. Low quality shampoo and soap supplied. No handwash. No dental kit provided. Room wall painting and wardrobe are not well-maintained.

Best restaurant in the town...... good quality food and their service time is also minimum

From last 1 week we are continuosly oraganising our training program here and they are providing us the bestest service and we are also enjoying foods,tea and the place . Thankyou Kaushaki .

Good & clean hotel. But rooms service more than good, some service creat like as- tooth brush, seving kit, small towel hair oil pauch provide to customer.

Did not stay. Visited for stay. Lift and Lobby at FFL average. Waiters serve food and tea without hygiene.Again visited for meeting with Govt officials. It is located in Bhatta Bazaar, Parking congestion, AC are old and average room stinks.

The food was so delicious. We just loved it.

The hotel is pretty decent and has polite and courteous staff. The city offers few choices and perhaps this is one of the best. It has a parking lot for 6-7 cars. The restaurant serves good food. The complimentary buffet breakfast too is good. The rooms are comfortable however it could have been better if the rooms had sound proofing. The place can be a bit noisy in early morning. The towels and pillows are in dire need of replacement. During my first stay the the hotel i had to wait for 45 mins to get a seat for dinner at the restaurant. It seems the restaurant is popular among locals so the hotel staff tries its best to persuade the guests staying in hotel to get the food delivered at their rooms. The check-in and check-out were smooth however the complimentary toiletries need to be improved and would be better if complimentary bottle of packaged water and electric kettle are provided in rooms. Nonetheless, considering the options available this is one of the best hotels in the city.
