Hotel Golden Tulip, Purnea

Extremely disappointing experience -- despite prior confirmation about early check-in, the staff was uncooperative and rude, and surprisingly demanded two days' charges at check-out. PS: The bathroom was dirty, although the rest of the room was in good condition.

I resently had pleasure of staying at hotel golden tulip, and I ,must say,it was an exceptional excepreance the food at the hotel absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectation chef truly outdid themselves with the delectable dish. But what really made my stay stand out was the incredible staff.they were warm,welcoming and went above and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.their attentiveness and kindness made me fell right at home.

Worst staff ever seen in life. They were abusing customers among themselves if they called for any complaints. They were doing this all abusing at reception when I was sitting infront of them. It's humble request to the owner please change your staff for your own good.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Golden Tulip in Purnea. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable experience. The amenities were excellent, and the food was delicious, offering a variety of options. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Purnea!
