Vinayaka Hotel

Had a great experience during my stay last night. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the basic amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the washroom was hygienic. The staff were polite and very helpful. The hotel is well-maintained with proper fire safety and other essential measures, making it feel very secure. Located in central Patna near Marine Drive along the Ganga riverbank, the hotel is in a walkable area with easy access to markets, local spots, and eateries. The food and drinks were fresh and reasonably priced.

The rooms were good and staff is polite. However, the room was not ready when I reached there, and I had to keep asking for everything which caused inconvenience.

Very bad experience. Location was remote. No parking. Room service was not available. Only one person to look after the whole services. Kitchen was not in operation. Even online booking ampunt was not updated. Total disaster

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
