The Red Velvet Hotel Patna Best 4 Star Luxury Hotel In Patna

I booked this hotel for an anniversary function. The service was really bad, even a road side tea stall knows management better than this hotel. Never book this hotel for any function. All the staff members are unskilled and untrained. They really don't know how to manage the crowd and no manager is there to look after this issue.I complained more than 10 times to get my issue fixed but no positive response from the management.There were only 4 staff members to serve 5 items to 160 people. People have to leave function and come towards stall to take starter by themselves. Projector and sound system was malfunctioning. It was running and stopping in between functions. Most of the guests can't enjoy starters because of unprofessional management by hotel. I will never recommend anyone to book this hotel for any function. Please never book this hotel for any function or event. Never!!!!

This property is very nice. It provides very wide variety of food. Food taste is good. They provide Food for fast as well on demand. I like there hospitality. Entire Staff was very good and friendly. They provide cab also for nearby sight seeing like Gurudwara,Vaishali stup, Bodhgaya and rajgir. Perfect for family.

Service was good and food taste ok,thanks to Mr. Aman & Ms. Anita for their service.|My only concern was with the lift operation. When I checked in only one lift was operational but that too very small and in the restaurant the AC cooling was not great.......||Overall good service from the staff, tried their best to keep customers happy....

Staff were so attentive. Aman and santu went above and beyond his role to resolve an issue we had.Food and break fast was good quality and provided variety. Overall we had a pleasant experience staying at the hotel.|Hotel is situated within a convenient distance from the places of interest.||Resturant team well professional.

clean room and good breakfast options. if you are looking for hotel at heart of Patna this is the place to be. Restaurant Service is good. rooms are spacious and staff is friendly. it has modern and contemporary look.|All staff friendly and supportive nature.

It was a wonderful experience for the birthday celebration with family and friends.very good quality of food, wonderful behaviour of staff and always a smiling face they had .good to see such hospitality at this place in rps more patna.must try this la e if looking for short and small get together.
