The Park Residency Patna

Excellent service. There's a personal touch to the treatment with guests. The owner is exceedingly cooperative. He made all the necessary efforts to make our stay comfortable despite having less staff. The food was particularly scrumptious and felt like home made. I would highly recommend this place to those who want to visit Patna and if they want to stay close to the airport.

Good and Spacious Room. We took a Delux Room and room is clean and neat. In house cooking. So food can be ordered and will be delivered on time. Staffs are very Good and cooperative and friendly. Location close to Airport. Manager has helped us to check-in at 5:00 AM

Worst experience ever. What they expect from their guests to stay in a store room.its a complete mess no service no cleanliness nothing just they'll provide a messy dirty room with no water no washroom nothing

Very pleasant experience with the park residency. I landed Patna at 12 am, Santosh graciously agreed to prepare food for the night. Room is clean , service is top notch Above and all , the owner and staff are customer focused , for them the customer satisfaction is primary focus and they go above beyond to meet that. I would highly recommend this place , if you have short stay near Patna airport.
