THE GOLDEN CROWN HOTEL , BANQUET & CAFE

I am staying here since a year ago, I had a great experience at Hotel Golden Crown. The highlight of my stay was the amazing receptionist (sugandha jee)proffessional and helpfull thought , well mannered. From check-in to check-out, they ensured everything went smoothly.

This hotel is very nice , neat and clean and their services are also very good . Booked room for my events and the experience was very good and hassle free. Specially bablu ji is very cooperative. Would recommend booking this for any small events like haldi and mehendi also.

Worst hotel in the locality. Flush does not work in the wash room of deluxe room. Imagine the condition of maintenance. No slippers provided in the rooms. No facility for drivers of the guests. Pungent smell in the rooms. Plasters/paints of walls are in pathetic condition. Rude behaviour of staff.

Rooms are good. Mosquitoes are there. Need to be a bit more cleansy. A good restaurant food.

Fraud hotel. Pathetic service. Extremely poor.

Excellent hotel at an excellent location located, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, they make the trip more interesting with advices & tips about the city, market, shops, restaurants etc. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again!! The Owner of this hotel is a Doctor. You can address couple of medical issues if you meet him; and i recommend you guys to meet him!! I called him Dr. Khan :)

Very bad experience. We went there to book the hall for my friend's wedding. The place was already booked for that particular date. The manger asked us to pay extra so that he can cancel the previous booking and proceed with our booking. Very bad and rude manager. Poor staff behaviour and lack of cleanliness. The food and decoration is equally bad. They are charging very high amount and will later add extra costs after the deal has been finalized. All the previous good reviews have been added by the staff members themselves. I have as misled by the earlier fake reviews. Please don't ever book this place of you value your life and ethics.

Clean place, cooperative staffs and good food. They provided toiletries like a comb, shampoo, body wash and moisturizer. However, I wished they had provided toothbrush too. Also, not everyone knows the local of the hotel. On the other hand, i had breakfast but the hall was not clean, the food was too oily and not many options. I wished they had better breakfasts. However, good place!
