Despite booking the room online, the hotel receptionist informed us that no rooms were available, claiming it was an online issue They insisted on booking offline instead and charged much higher rates. The room quality was extremely poor and the charges were completely unjustified for such a low-standard room. Highly disappointed with the experience and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The receptionist was rude. When I made an online booking, he informed me that the hotel was fully booked and that I needed to cancel. After a long argument, he finally gave me a room, but he also told me that I had to vacate at 5 am. However, I checked in at 8 pm. Meanwhile, the manager or owner called him and said that half of the hotel was vacant. It was a complete waste of time.

They share fake room picture on oyo And when i was checking in and asked questions they simply said that leave and cancel booking Which was non refundable Totally money waste I got checked out early cause their rooms don't match as they showed

Very dirty very unhygienic have no civic sense have no manners don't know way of talking worst environment there were ALCOHOLS AND CIGARETTES every where

Bedsheets were dirty, room was stinky washrooms was totally not cleaned and unhygienic. Despite raising complaints there was no solution. Foot mats were torn and filled wih dirt. Totally unsatisfied with the service there. Internet connection was poor. WiFi connectivity doesn't reach your door step. Disappointed!

I stayed there for 1 night and disappointed with the experience. The bucket in the bathroom was leaking. The bedsheets was worn out. When I complained, the staff made for excuses. Internet didn't work, no resolution was provided. The room didn't have a remote for the AC. When asked, staff said that they don't provide a remote in every room. No water bottles in the room. A towel was given only when asked. Overall, poor experience. Never going to stay again.

Best and Affordable Stay option here For Family & Couples with Child's. Outside Foods not allowed, but inbuilt Food restaurants, Food quality is very good. Room service is overall good , you will feel well maintained & complete hygiene everywhere in Hotel. I have to say property owner , Please provide 1 recliner in a room not chair for best comort.

It is an excellent property for a comfortable stay and quality time.
