Good place to stay. Nice homely food. Rooms are cleaned and spacious. Service not bad. Located walakble distance from Gyan Bhabhawan & Gandhi Maidan.

Whenever I visit Patna, I stay in this hotel. It is a good hotel. Adequate for a business trip.

The rooms were substandard..some rooms had no working AC while others had no working TV.. Location is desolate.. Washroom was not clean.. Breakfast was pathetic.. only silver lining was ala carte food but Chinese was bad

Last in 2019 I guess I have reviewed this property,since then except degradation of housekeeping standard, nothing much has changed really. Food quality is good, breakfast is value for money, Rishi on front desk is efficient, courteous, so is Ravi but a couple of house-keeping team members are rude, arrogant, hostile. Overall, a good property for biz travellers but at a higher cost.

Had a pleasant two day stay in this very good hotel near Patna Junction (PF 1 exit, Mahavir mandir side). Good hygiene maintained, bedding & towels were clean. The staff is very polite & room service is quick. Food is good in taste & worth the price too. Buffet breakfast options are good too. Maintain this standard.. Will definitely be my choice of stay, whenever I visit Patna again..

Infrastructure is nice. Though it is located in a little bad / crowdy / muddy location but it is kept clean & maintained very well.||Why stay at this place?||Located a little inside on ExhiBition road.|Clean and tidy environment inside the hotel.|Washrooms are the cleanest. Super tidy.||Why not to stay at this place? ||Very bad service. I asked room service for a coffee mug, they brought me coffee instead, in response to which waiter made a puppy face & I had to drink it without complaining about it. ||Ordered a grilled veg sandwich mentioned for 85 + gst however I was charged for a club sandwich i.e. 125 + gst. As per them both are same but mentioned separately for two prices in the menu. Took me around 25 minutes to make them understand both are entirely different. Their captain Pranav was quick in providing resolution & charging the correct amount named as "discount".||At the time of checkout, Customer service at Reception desk made incorrect bill thrice with an angry face. I had to call their manager to help me out as I had to leave for the airport.||USEFUL TIPS / HACKS||Go for the room including Buffet breakfast. Its good at reasonable price.|Their Dal Tadka / Idli Sambhai are delicious.||Conclusion:||Premises is clean, ventilated and well maintained but poor service and wrong charged prices broke my trust. So, I will not recommend this hotel unless u r on a budget.

Mostly courteous staff, food is worth a try and Club Rooms are cool but typical Executive rooms are mostly suffocating and not worth its price. Excellent location for people on business and easy accessibility from airport as well as main rail station. Needs bit of improvement in service, at times its slow. Overall, a good place for a biz trip.

We stayed at this hotel to attend a family function in Patna. I wasn't sure what to expect as it was our first time in Patna. from the moment we checked in we were impressed by the service and professional reception staff. Ambikesh at the Reception was at help for anything we needed. The entire staff was very cordial. To top it all the food was excellent. we tried breakfast and in room service and everytime we had mouth watering experience. The entrance to the hotel can be bit tricky as it is just off the exhibition road, hardly a minute walk though. thanks everyone for making our stay so comfortable.
