Residence Inn

I had a great experience staying at Residence Inn Patna during my recent visit. Located in a convenient area of Patliputra, the hotel offers a calm and comfortable environment, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers.

Room is good at this price point. Location is nearby P n M mall Patliputra Clean rooms with nice ambience in double deluxe room and at nice location, staffs are very cooperative with homely atmosphere. Good hotel. nice rooms & good co- operative staff

Have stay here for 3 days and didn't face any unwanted disturbance ' owner is young so they know what irritate us alongside they were all very friendly and respect full and the cafe on the roof is also I liked about it ' a cold coffee in your room anytime you ask for it in seconds.

Clean rooms with nice ambience in double deluxe room and at nice location, staffs are very cooperative with homely atmosphere. Good hotel. nice rooms & good co- operative staff. You must visit there.

Worst hotel. This hotel does not have its own way . Guest goes over the wall. The room is dirty and there is a very bad smell in the room. No main gate, no room service and no security.

One of the Worst places i have ever stayed. The rooms are so tiny and the service is pathetic. I booked (and paid the advance) an AC room a day earlier and also confirmed the availability on call as i will be arriving early morning. But, upon arrival no AC rooms were available so, i was given a non AC room which didn't even have a window, for 3 hours until the room was available. Neither I could not get fresh because of the Unhygienic washroom Nor could sleep(which was the only purpose to book the room as i was leaving the same evening). After 3 hours of sweating in heat an AC room was given in the name of UPGRADE. Even that room was not in good condition. No clean sheets, No water, completely damaged and uneven mattress. The owner had the audacity to ask for the agreed AC room price. After the worthless discussion a discount of 100 was given. I couldn't sleep and get rest before the work i had in the afternoon. So, it was useless to book the room. Please refrain from Booking this place. Note: None of the rooms look like the picture uploaded by the owner. only the ones with the green bedsheets are Real. It was a very good experience. Hotel room is very good, services are satisfactory but above all the staff is very helpful and cooperative. Very peaceful and friendly environment. Very cooperative and cheerful staff ready to help any time. Room & Bathroom is Very well Maintained with All basic amenities. Location is good for my work

Worst hotel ever this is the entry of the hotel u have to climb the stairs on the wall like seriously there no road nothing I've booked this for 2k and given 1k in advance but after reaching the hotel they denied my booking earlier they talked nicely but after visiting they talked so rudely even they didn't refund my account now I'm going to file a consumer complaint nd will make sure that they will return my money nd not deceive another
