The worst experiences of mine in patna in the last 3 years of visit.The locality of the hotel is in narrow street and the approachability is a nightmare. I checked in here on 14 Jan 2025 at 3:30pm with two days advance payment, and checked out in an hour. Totally useless place, full of noise, and good for nothing staff. whatever I asked for, I just exceeded their capacity, be it an order for chai, or finding my name in the booking list. Didn't feel safe at all given everything that was happening there. Stay away, do not even think about it.

Rooms need improvement where amenities are juz worst.Breakfast buffet was with very limited options.

Hotel rooms are cozy and good but a little overpriced, although food is good here. Room service is fine. The place holds a good parking facility but lacks in restrooms for drivers.

The arrangement and architecture is superb, the art in the gallery also gives it a nice glow. The furniture and room design is good, but there can be some shortcomings in the service, there is no doubt about it. There is also a good arrangement for breakfast.
