My Booking ID : ZB4H3792. OYO Flagship 83165 Hotel Om Shanti. Danapur, Khagaul, Patna, Bihar. Rude/Unprofessional behavior of staffs, Worst hotel, terrible service, Never ever book this hotel, Not clean at all - Don't believe on picture shown, Room and Bathroom smells very bad, Paid Rs 711 + Rs 569, Demanded more money, Fraud people at hotel. Later property owner asked to vacant the room abusing me.

Good Staff Behavior they are polite and supportive. Rooms are small and not cleaned properly. Location is just perfect for travelers.

Booked room with Oyo but later on check in date, hotel demanded extra money. He said he'll not provide me rooms with the earlier price. Other things was good. Room and services was as per the standards.

Wrost hotel ever....... I just booked this hotel to see the low price...than other hotel I feel cheated... Nothing are avlaival here..even soaps for handwash...when i asked for soap they rudly behave.. toilet is dirty.. no geasure available.. no setup box available.... behavior of all staff are very very very very rudly... If you would like to stay here don't full payment at time of check in ... This is honestly review ... Enjoy journy...

The service was really great. The rooms very neat and clean and very spacious. Price was also very regionable and decent. It is at walking distance from Danapur railway station.

The rooms are small and dirty. Bedsheets were stained and dirty.. bathroom was the worst. I think public toilet is better maintained than here

I booked A/C room through OYO once I reached there they asked me I can't provide that one I have only one option non AC room. Very small n dirty room. No bed sheet no staff to attend even for any service. Lots of mosquito that will not make you sleep. Worst experience ever.
