This experience highlights the mismanagement that can occur when hotel owners and third-party booking platforms have mismatched expectations. I booked a hotel through Fab Hotels and received confirmation. However, upon arrival, the manager denied my booking after learning I had used an online platform. I spent over an hour contacting Fab Hotels, who offered an alternative accommodation far from my location, and the call kept dropping. Just as I was about to leave and leave negative feedback, they offered to accommodate me. However, the room provided was not what I had paid for--far smaller and below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families seeking basic hospitality.

Best Hotel in Patna.i give five star .neat and clean. Staff behaviour is super se bhi upar. Special thanks to Mr. Gaurav for wonderful stay.

They took advance for two days , but they allocated only for one day . They refused to pay back . Be cautious
