The room was very nice and the price is also not too high and the food and service were very good, the stop was also very good, the place is also good, I liked it a lot, if I have to come next time then definitely stay here

Worst experience . 402 was our room number . It's washroom was literally too dirty( bucket , mug, taps, sheet) ,there was no bedsheet on mattress, stains on pillow covers and blanket. When told the issue to staff , firstly they were not ready to acknowledge the matter and later when checked by their service boy about the cleanliness of the room receptionist started talkingso rudely in front of other guests .

The staff is extremely helpful. They have facility of using restaurant to eat your own food. The rooms have no window and hygiene of linen is below average. The washroom maintenance is also below average. It's not very easy to find entry to the hotel. The room did not have fan. I won't recommend to visit this place.

Don't pay attention to the negative reviews, I came from UP and had already checked many hotels but after seeing the reviews I was unable to understand which was good and which was bad, came here and booked two rooms for 4ppls , service staff everything is good.

The hotel is expensive according to the facilities they are providing and it's response to your problems are pathetic, I stayed there for 2 days and I got my room changed for 4 times.

Service was Slow , breakfast was oily. No healthy breakfast options available. Rest all other things were fine.

If you're looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, then run far, far away from this deceiving hotel. This place was an absolute disaster from the moment we walked in. The staff showing the rooms could have starred in a thriller movie. When we asked for showing us different room than the allocated one, they silently kept staring at us, making us feel more like unwelcome guests than paying customers. With more active enquiries they acted like they don't listen. Responses were slow and unhelpful. The hotel pictures are deceiving. They might have been clicked decades ago when hotel was inaugurated, but the current state is worse. Our room itself looked like it hadn't seen a proper cleaning in months. The bathroom was the worst offender - the floor tiles were stained and having shade of yellow, the taps were leaking and soap stand was not fixed properly. There were no slippers for bathroom. They showed us 3-4 rooms on 1st and 2nd floor and all were in the same poor and dirty state. But the real kicker was the air conditioner. It was a broken mess, blowing out lukewarm air at best. After multiple calls to the hotel staff, they told the AC is working just fine. The situation remained unaddressed. The broken glass window was patched, making half of the room hot. All the other rooms AC had same problem. This hotel might be a little cheap, but it's definitely not worth the utter misery you'll endure. No value for the money you spent for this hotel.

Bedsheets and pillow covers were not changed and were very dirty. Have to ask after check in to change. Ordered something and was given something and while asking the reply was Theek nahi tha kya. if you don't have the dish available then say No we don't have. Don't force the customer to eat as per your wish. I have been to this hotel earlier as well and it's degrading day by day. No idea how Treebo is functioning.
