Hotel Windsor

Good Hotel rooms are quite good and clean. The food taste is also good but a little expensive. Staff is also good and helping. As a regular visitor they offered me discount on their delux room. Some rooms having network issue which need to correct by management.

Front Desk staff's are not at all customer centric. They keep on uttering company policy. They behaves in such a manner as if customers have done crime by reaching their hotel. They don't even bother to offer sleepers. Restaurant staff's are really well. The food quality is really good. They are quite supportive in nature.

I booked the banquet venue for my sister's engagement ceremony. I highly recommend you not to book the venue as the management is pathetic. No co-ordination between general manager and the decoration person. They had in house decoration with zero management skill. The stage lights were not working. No one was available to fix the issue till the end. We had to proceed the ceremony without half lights working and half not. They didn't informed about speaker and no one was there to operate them. And they charged on decoration more than they had quoted because general manager with whom we had discussion on final payment was on leave and when we called him he was not at all co operative. With their bad behavior our whole festive mood was almost ruined. If you want to save the best days of your festivities, I would request you not to book from this place.

We had a lovely stay at hotel windsor, great view and amazing hospitality and the food was phenomenal. The staffs were so kind and gentle, we will really appreciate the hardwork of staffs .|Room was very clean and my attendant really took my room on daily basis

They charge for lemon, even for one slice of lemon you have to pay 25 Rs. the most unique concept that I have heard and the staff is so arrogant that they will say yes yes you put review of whatever you want, we have been staying in this hotel for over a month and have been eating everyday at their restaurant but these people never had the courtesy to consider it on a bill of 1500 rs for every meal for 4-5 of us, absolutely pathetic and disgusting concept of charging lemons, they should be awarded the worst hospitality for it

It was a good experience. The best part is it's restaurant . Good customised food. Housekeeping and reception needs training and improvement. Overall good to stay.

Its near Patna jn. Booked through MMT, they charged early check-in as I reached early morning. Very odd check-in time for online booking, its 14:00. Receptionist behaviour is very rude. Most importantly never try their food. You will regret it after tasting dull tasteless foods. Never staying again.

One of the worst hotels in Patna. The team keeps blaming one or the other department for the blunder they create. I ordered food at 10pm. I was starving & thought to check on as it was already 11pm. I called the room service 7 times but there was no response. I called in reception, the receptionist said she had no idea & to call on room service. The entire night was spent in hunger & regret in booking my stay at the wrong hotel. #notcomingagain
