I had an amazing stay at Hotel Shivaay Inn! The service was absolutely outstanding - the staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure my stay was perfect. Worst experience ever i had. Arrogant staffs Centralized AC control (no remote in the rooms) Washroom flush not working and even clogged pipelines Common area AC not even working properly Only 1 pillow in the room, no blanket Untidy room, specially bedsheets.

Food is good and staff is professional and co operative and location is perfect..

Nothing great, just okay. We booked two rooms and one room was having full of damp wall and smell in the room. Bed sheet was not very clean so I had to ask for replacement. Bathroom is good , but hot water supply was pathetically inadequate. So, in short it is just okay, but not a value for money accommodation. Chech for other property around if you can get better.

Management and hotel staff behaviour is very good.
