this hotel is far from the city but it has a very good ambiance , good infrastructure, service and most importantly the room is also good. you like it. in my opinion please you have to try once

Really I was worried about accomodation in this location But after got the service from Hotel S S Exotica, really I am completely satisfied & ending our happy tour. On Aashiyana digha road , near rajeev nagar thana , nice ambience , good quality food , clean rooms , perfect location , price worthy , with parking facilities , on road location , safe location , easy to reach , nice hotel in patna with best quality services , perfect for family , single , have all types of room like single double family rooms with windows , twin size queen size beds available Excellent hotel. Super old and historic, but very updated in terms of really nice rooms, nicely appointed bathrooms, great A/C, super clean. The owner and his staff were marvelous. Breakfast was very nice. The location of this hotel is fantastic. I highly recommend it to all, but be aware that there are some stairs to walk up in order to get to the lobby and the small elevator. Probably not great for elderly or people who may have concerns about walking up some stairs (nothing crazy, but there are about 20 or so to climb). Great stay. Would definitely stay again. Enjoy!

I wish I could give negative stars! Worst experience of staying in a hotel ever. Please don't book even by mistake, there are plenty of much much better hotels in the same price range in Patna. My experience- dirty room, dirty washroom, soiled washroom mat stepping on which made the feet dirty, bed bugs, blankets smelling of achaar.... The list is endless. The hotel itself was in a dilapidated state. I made the booking via an acquaintance since I was travelling alone at night. Never ever again.

It was a great experience staying at Exotica. The service was Awesome and the quality of the hotel was way above our expectations. The rooms are tastefully designed. The food was excellent both in quality and quantity and there was enough variety at the breakfast buffet and the Wifi was really fast both at the room and the lobby and at the restaurant. The Staffs and Chef were really co-operative to mention specially Mr.AMIT KUMAR has helped at his best throughout our stay which made us feel at home.

Worst of hotel ever stayed. Attended friends wedding there. Even the groom is not attended by reception even after booking whole hotel. There are water leaks. Washrooms are not clean. There is dirt under sofa seems like it was nit clean for weeks. Even the coomon taoilet on floor seems they have not been cleaned for years. Worst experience

3 stars for the so called 3 star hotel. The rooms are good with all modern amenities and so is the banquet. The downside is the locality. Situated on the main Digha Ashiyana road, the hotel is the easiest to reach if you wanna stay. The area is still developing but quiet promising. Events and functions are organized well inside and the food is good too. The staff is polite and helpful.
